Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is ideally situated next to the public ferry service landing stage and on a main bus route, overlooking Lake Garda. The rooms are of a very generous size, but they needed updating. The service was excellent and attentive to guests' needs, yet it required renovation. The location is perfect for outstanding views and hopping to visit other towns around the lake, but it needs updating. The dining experience was first class, offering a vast choice, but it didn't really change much during our stay. The facilities were good overall, but they needed updating.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were super spacious and light, well-appointed, with a fabulous lake view from the balcony. The reception staff were also very accommodating when I requested a room change for a better view of the lake due to my medical problem. The service was outstanding, and the staff were wonderfully helpful and happy throughout my 2-week stay in September. The location couldn't be better, situated next to the ferry stop, with easy access to cafes, restaurants, and attractions like Il Vittoriale Degli Italiani and Heller Botanical Garden. The dining experience was top-notch, with a vast choice and beautifully made omelettes. Overall, a great value for money experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, especially with their nice enclosed balcony and stunning lake view, were comfortable, but the lack of accessibility features may pose challenges. The service was friendly and efficient, although some staff availability issues were noted. The location right by the ferry dock was fantastic, but the dining options left much to be desired.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The breathtaking view overlooking the lake from the balcony made my mornings perfect, but the lack of accessible showers was a downside for guests with mobility challenges. The hotel's prime location right by Lake Garda was a dream come true for exploration and relaxation.
